Is your IT actually working for you?

Your team should be able to focus on clients, with someone accountable for support, maintenance, and the next improvement.

  1. 01

Your staff lose time waiting for help. Recurring problems interrupt client work, and your team starts working around them instead of asking for support.

  2. 02

You cannot see what is being maintained. You need to know that updates, security controls, and backups are being checked, with evidence you can use when a client or insurer asks.

  3. 03

Nobody owns the plan. Day-to-day tickets get closed, but you still have to work out what needs replacing, which risks matter, and what to budget for next.

Recognise these problems? We can help you work out what needs to change and what ongoing support should cover.

Built for teams of 5–30

Our service is designed for organisations with 5–30 staff that rely on Microsoft 365 and want someone to take responsibility for their day-to-day IT. Based in Brisbane, we support local teams and organisations across Australia remotely, whether staff work in one office, from home, or across several locations. Smaller or larger teams can also be a fit depending on their needs.

Here's what changes when you switch

A dependable place to get help

Your staff get unlimited remote support during plan support hours for the agreed managed environment, with clear response commitments.

Ownership of recurring problems

We investigate the cause, document what changed, and identify improvements that help prevent the same interruption coming back.

Security maintained, evidence available

We maintain the controls in your plan and keep evidence you can share with clients and insurers, including where work remains.

Advice from someone who knows your organisation

Founder oversight brings support, security, and technology planning together, with recommendations explained in business terms.

What our clients say, see our reviews on Google →

"ATTIA is a small organisation and Michael provides our IT support. He is very responsive, professional and a great trouble shooter. I can highly recommend Michael."

"We recently partnered with Michael to transition our organisation to Microsoft 365, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the initial consultation to post-migration support, Michael demonstrated deep expertise, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to our success. As a small business knowing Novaguard are in our back corner gives us peace of mind. Highly recommend!"

For an infrastructure project management consultancy, we brought project files, staff identities, and contractor access into a managed Microsoft 365 environment. See how the Google Drive to Microsoft 365 migration improved project collaboration.

Every plan includes Microsoft 365 Business Premium licensing and the ongoing implementation and evidence work behind its stated SMB1001 target. Formal certification remains subject to assessment and completion of the required actions.

SMB1001 is published by Dynamic Standards International (DSI), with certification available through CyberCert. DSI’s SMB1001 Unlocked initiative, starting 1 January 2027, aims to make the standard freely accessible to small businesses. Our service covers the implementation, evidence, and ongoing work agreed in your plan.

The Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) recommends the Essential Eight as a baseline for reducing cyber risk. Our Iron Dome plan includes implementation and evidence work towards Maturity Level 2 within the agreed scope.

Response commitments are subject to your service agreement. Fortress and Iron Dome also have a 15-minute response target, which is not guaranteed. Round-the-clock monitoring is separate from staff support hours; see the FAQs below for coverage and emergency arrangements.

Prices exclude GST. Onsite support is charged at managed-client rates. Review your proposal for covered users and systems, any minimum commitment, onboarding or project charges, and the contract term before signing.

A planned handover from your current provider

We review your setup, confirm access, and document the environment before taking over. We agree the sequence and timing with you so staff know where to get help and changes can be scheduled around their work. Missing documentation or provider-held accounts are identified early in the process.

For a 10–12-person Gold Coast business, we worked with the outgoing contractor to transfer access, document systems, and retain the existing server and Microsoft 365 setup. Read the managed IT provider handover case study.

A three-month money-back guarantee

Leave your managed IT agreement at any time in your first three months if we're not the right fit.

We'll refund 100% of the management fees and project labour you've paid us during that period. You can get to know our team and experience the service with a clear way out if it doesn't work for your business.

The refund covers management fees and project labour. Direct third-party costs, including the Microsoft 365 licensing portion of your plan, are excluded. Review that breakdown in your agreement before signing.

Backups checked before you need them

Every plan backs up Microsoft 365 email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams, with a documented disaster recovery plan. Testing is quarterly on Perimeter and monthly on Fortress and Iron Dome. For managed servers, we agree how quickly you need to recover and how much data loss your business can tolerate, then scope the backups around those needs.

How this actually starts

From the first conversation to ongoing support, with scope and costs agreed before implementation.

1

Talk through your needs

Start with a free 20-minute call about your team, current frustrations, and security requirements. We discuss the likely plan and agree the next step, including the scope and cost of any assessment.

2

Assess your environment

We review the agreed scope, including Microsoft 365, devices, accounts, network, and security controls. You get a clear picture of what is working and what needs attention.

3

Approve the plan and handover

We explain the priorities, costs, and proposed changes before implementation. Together we agree access, responsibilities, and timing for taking over support.

4

Ongoing

Support

We implement the agreed changes and take responsibility for ongoing support and maintenance. Your staff know where to get help, and you receive reporting on system health, risks, and recommended improvements.

Security evidence stays current. If an improvement needs to wait, we document the reason, who owns the decision, and when to review it.

Need a smaller first step?

For a specific issue or project, Block Hours support starts at five hours with agreed rates and response commitments. For an independent assessment before choosing ongoing support, explore a Technology Business Review.

Frequently asked questions

What does the monthly fee include?

Every plan includes Microsoft 365 Business Premium licensing, unlimited remote support during plan support hours, device and infrastructure management within the agreed scope, monitoring, patching, Microsoft 365 backup, and security controls. Perimeter targets SMB1001 Silver; Fortress and Iron Dome target Gold. Formal certification is subject to assessment and completion of the required actions.

What costs extra?

Published monthly prices exclude GST. Onsite support is charged at managed-client rates, and work outside your agreed plan is charged separately. Your proposal should confirm the managed users and systems, any minimum commitment, onboarding and project charges, and emergency after-hours arrangements so you can assess the total cost before signing.

How quickly will you respond, including to urgent issues?

The response commitments are six hours for Perimeter, four for Fortress, and two for Iron Dome, subject to the service agreement. Fortress and Iron Dome also have a 15-minute response target, which is not a guarantee. Remote support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6pm for Perimeter and Iron Dome, and 8:30am–5pm for Fortress. Emergency after-hours support is available; confirm its scope, charges, and escalation process in your agreement. A response commitment is not a promise that every issue will be resolved within that time.

How do you take over from our current provider?

We review your environment, confirm administrative access, and rebuild missing documentation. We agree the handover sequence with you, including coordination with the outgoing provider where needed. If access is held by that provider, we identify what needs to be transferred or recovered before making changes.

What is the contract term?

Your service agreement sets out the initial commitment and cancellation arrangements. Review these alongside the three-month money-back guarantee before signing; the guarantee covers management fees and project labour, with direct third-party costs excluded.

Do you support remote staff and provide onsite help?

Yes. We are based in Brisbane and provide remote support to organisations across Australia. Remote support is included during your plan support hours. Onsite support in Brisbane and Southeast Queensland is available at managed-client rates; for other locations, we discuss onsite requirements when agreeing your scope.

How are our backups checked?

Every plan includes Microsoft 365 backup for email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams, with a documented disaster recovery plan. Backup testing is quarterly on Perimeter and monthly on Fortress and Iron Dome. For managed servers, we agree backup coverage and recovery requirements as part of the scope.

Can we get an independent review before deciding to switch?

Yes. A standalone Technology Business Review can help you understand your current setup before choosing a provider. We agree the access needed with you and explain what can be assessed with the access available. Any need to involve your current provider is discussed as part of that scope.
